Three formulations were tested, including two containing curcumin and Ginkgo Biloba extract, measuring DNA damage levels and semen quality in 71 patients after 13 weeks. The formulation with the highest concentration of these compounds showed the greatest reduction in DNA double-strand breaks (27.1%) and improvements in sperm motility and concentration.
