Comparing two ICSI cycles in 28 couples\u2014the first using conventional methods and the second using ZyM\u014dt\u2122 ICSI\u2014significant improvements in clinical outcomes were observed. The biochemical pregnancy rate increased by 28.31%, the clinical pregnancy rate by 35.56%, and the live birth rate by 35.29%. Additionally, the miscarriage rate was reduced by 75%.
