Las t\u00e9cnicas que se utilizan con m\u00e1s frecuencia para seleccionar espermatozoides requieren de centrifugaci\u00f3n, lo que puede aumentar el da\u00f1o del ADN de los espermatozoides (SDF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar si el ZyMot ICSI\/ Fertile Chip\u00ae puede disminuir el n\u00famero de espermatozoides con fragmentaci\u00f3n de ADN esperm\u00e1tico de doble cadena (dsSDF). Para ello se realiz\u00f3 un estudio piloto con las muestras de semen obtenidas de 9 pacientes diagnosticados con &gt;60% de fragmentaci\u00f3n de ADN de doble cadena (diagnosticados mediante la t\u00e9cnica CometFertility desarrollada por CIMAB), cada eyaculado se dividi\u00f3 en 3 grupos: No procesado, procesado con ZyMot ICSI \/FERTILE Chip, procesado con Swim Up. Las 3 alicuotas de cada muestra se analizaron utilizando el Comet Neutro (CIMAB) lo que result\u00f3 en una reducci\u00f3n del 46% (P &lt;0,001) con ZyMot ICSI\/FertileChip\u00ae (dsSDF: 34,9%) en comparaci\u00f3n con el eyaculado y el swim up (dsSDF: 65%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente se incorpor\u00f3 el dispositivo microflu\u00eddico a la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica y se analizaron 163 ciclos consecutivos de ICSI de pacientes diagnosticados con &gt;60% de Fragmentaci\u00f3n de ADN esperm\u00e1tico de doble cadena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tasa de fecundaci\u00f3n fue del 75,41%. La tasa de embarazo despu\u00e9s de la primera transferencia de embriones fue de: 53,2% (bioqu\u00edmica), 37,8% (cl\u00ednica), 34% (en curso) y la tasa de nacidos vivos fue 28,8%. Las tasas acumuladas de embarazo despu\u00e9s de una (65,4% de las pacientes), dos (27,6% de las pacientes) o tres (6,4% de las pacientes) transferencias fueron 66% (bioqu\u00edmica), 56,4% (cl\u00ednica), 53,4% (en curso) y la tasa de nacimiento vivo fue del 42%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La selecci\u00f3n de espermatozoides usando ZyMot ICSI\/ Fertile Chip\u00ae disminuye significativamente el porcentaje de dsSDF, en comparaci\u00f3n con la muestra sin procesar o despu\u00e9s de procesar con Swim Up.
